2. What data we process
When you contact us by email we process your name, email address and the content of your message, including any attachments such as a CV.
This website has no contact forms or user accounts. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website securely.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer your question or application (legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering into a contract) and to operate the website securely (legitimate interest).
4. Retention
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle it. We delete application data no later than four weeks after the contact ends, unless you consent to longer retention (maximum one year).
5. Cookies
We only use functional cookies or local storage required for the website to work, such as your language, theme and cookie preference. Analytics or marketing cookies are never placed without your prior consent. You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send your request to our email address. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Security and transfers
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures. We aim to process data within the European Economic Area; where that is not the case, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
