Fund Operations
Operational management of investment funds, interaction with depositaries, banks, compliance frameworks (AFM-light / AIFMD) and onboarding processes.
Corporate Legal
Dutch corporate and company law (Book 2 DCC), fund formation (Coop, FGR, CV, BV), financial regulatory law (Wft, Wwft, AMLR).
Full Stack Software Engineering
Modern TypeScript and web architectures, distributed systems, relational data modeling, and secure, reliable document and data pipelines.
